Burnout Support

TSD offer the following on-site corporate services:


1. Psychometric assessments:

a. to screen for symptoms of burnout with the aim of facilitating a referral for clinical support;

b. to screen for symptoms of anxiety with the aim of facilitating a referral for clinical support;

c. to assess occupational interest profiles, working styles, personality styles, and team dynamics to facilitate professional development;

Trauma Debriefing and Support

TSD offer the following on-site corporate services:


1. Group and individual trauma debriefing;

2. BWRT;

3. SUD counselling and support;

4. Screening and referral for further care; 

5. The Guardian Programme.


The Guardian Programme

The Guardian Programme has been implemented by TSD since 2013. This programme offers practical and theoretical training on crisis management in the clinical and educational contexts. The training focuses on capacitating professionals in terms of their needs to de-escalate and intervene to manage aggressive, violent, severely dysregulated, decompensated, psychotic, and otherwise threatening clients through humane, legal, and ethical control, counteracting, and restraint techniques.


The Guardian Programme offers contextually tailor-made training which addresses:


1. legislation and ethical best practice;

2. mandated action in crisis, moving through phases and checkpoints to ensure effective, ethical, humane, and rapport-maintenance through:

 C1: clearing mental and physical space; state management;

 C2: controlling the situation; removing oneself from the threatening situation;

 C3: crisis analysis, risk assessment, intervention coordination;

 C4: counteracting the crisis with ethical and legal techniques;

 C5: calming, counselling, and closure; maintaining contact throughout the crisis intervention to ensure      clarity and rapport maintenance.


Approved for CPD points for educators, nursing staff, counsellors, and therapists.



Performance Coaching

Individual and team performance coaching sessions:
